Junior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, OTE £45,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday (including 2 late shifts), fully office-based

Responsibilities
- Managing a warm desk with existing clients and candidates, while supporting business development
- Conducting fact-finding calls to understand client and candidate needs
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting telephone interviews and shortlisting candidates
- Assisting in LinkedIn sourcing projects to identify and engage top talent
- Writing and advertising job ads to attract high-quality candidates
- Keeping the candidate database up to date and ensuring accurate records
Requirements

- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to office location)
