Job Opportunity: General Foreman
Location: Hampton
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + package
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Foreman to join a Tier One contractor working on Thames Water projects. Based in Hampton, the successful candidate will support the Site Manager in coordinating and safely managing sections of work on major projects or controlling all site activities on smaller projects. This includes ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards, as well as meeting programme and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities
·Assist the Site Manager with the coordination and control of initial site setup, including implementing framework systems and procedures.
·Enforce methods and controls to ensure the continuous and effective use of resources.
·Assess and mitigate security risks to property under management, implementing appropriate security measures.
·Support and uphold safety standards as required by statute and company policies.
·Work according to method statements and risk assessments.
·Ensure compliance with all HS&E policies and procedures.

About the Candidate
·ONC or HNC in a construction-related discipline.
·SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
·First Aid certification.
·Preferably trained in confined space operations.
·Experience within the water treatment industry (non-infrastructure).
