  • Develop and manage luxury travel products, tours, and itineraries for exclusive European destinations, ensuring they align with the company’s high standards of quality and client expectations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging travel trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis for the European market.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimise product offerings and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Negotiate with local suppliers, hoteliers, and partners to secure the best rates, exclusive experiences, and premium offerings for clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, adjusting strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Innovate and design unique, tailor-made travel experiences that cater to the luxury segment, focusing on personalised, high-touch service.
  • Maintain and update product documentation, including itineraries, pricing, and promotional materials, ensuring they are accurate and compelling.
  • Manage product lifecycles, from conception through to implementation and ongoing refinement, ensuring products remain fresh and competitive.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all travel experiences exceed client expectations and align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Develop training materials and support the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and improve client consultations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary product enhancements to continuously improve client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, travel regulations, and destination changes to ensure compliance and product relevance.

Experience Required:

  • Experienced in the same or similar role within LUXURY TRAVEL (essential)
  • Excellent product and destination knowledge of Europe
  • Driven to achieve sales targets
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships and communicate effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload
