Salary: 12.37 per hour + 60 per sleep-in shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, complex needs, and autism
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Encourage and support independence and participation in community activities
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
  • Participate in varied shifts, including sleep-ins, to provide 24/7 care

Requirements:

  • Full UK driver's license (essential)
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
