About the Sub Agent role:
Looking for a sub agent to join an established Civil engineering project in North Wales, focusing on large-scale tunnelling and construction of shafts. This project offers a unique challenge and the chance to be involved in all aspects of the construction process.
Responsibilities for the Sub Agent:
- Provide technical solutions to engineering challenges
- Assist in developing and integrating project programmes
- Manage designs from internal and external sources
- Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
- Collaborate on resource, plant, and material requirements
- Mentor junior members of the engineering team
- Implement value engineering strategies
- Handle RFI's and Technical Queries effectively
Requirements for the Sub Agent:
- Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering
- Background in engineering and setting out
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
