We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper with a respected, privately owned company based in rural Norfolk between Harleston and Halesworth. This role comes with a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 and offers the chance to join a small, close-knit team working directly from their rural office.

As the current Office and Accounts Manager is retiring, we are searching for a dedicated individual to take over and manage a broad range of responsibilities. This isnt just a bookkeeping role; its a varied position that combines financial administration with day-to-day office management duties. Youll be using Sage Line 50 for bookkeeping tasks, so experience with this software would be ideal.

In addition to managing accounts, youll oversee logistics, handle maintenance schedules, and coordinate with various people inside and outside of the business. From invoicing to coordinating orders and assisting with general administrative tasks, youll keep everything running smoothly in the office.
Your ability to multitask and stay organised will be key to succeeding in this role, as youll be the go-to person for many tasks around the office.
