Your new companyHays Accountancy & Finance are proud to be partnering with a boutique Electric Motor Repair Shop based in Harlow who are looking for an Accounts controller to come in working part time. This is a good role for someone who's looking for more time as it allows you to be flexible around their schedule.Your new roleThe company is currently at 25 heads. You'll work as an Accounts Controller mainly focussing on Payroll. You'll be using SAGE for payroll. Elsewhere, you'll be helping to process invoices, credit control & bookkeeping with the Emir system. You will work closely with the wider finance team in processing purchase and sales ledger invoices, bank reconciliations, as well as having the confidence to follow-up outstanding payments in credit collection.You will also assist with ad-hoc finance duties such as collating financial data at month-end, but your core responsibilities will be payroll, finance processing, credit control and allocating payments. What you'll need to succeedThis company requires someone studying their AAT at level 2 or higher. Also, relevant payroll accreditations such as the CIPP or IAB level 1, 2 or 3.
