We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join an established company based in Harlow on a permanent basis. The client is based in the Audio-Visual space and this role will provide administration support to the sales side of the business. Quoting and processing orders, being the first point of contact for calls so an exceptional telephone voice is required. **This role is being advertised for a January 2025 start date**Summary & Benefits:

Key Duties:
  • Administering and logging all quotes
  • Responding to pricing queries by email and phone
  • Order inputting/processing and maintenance
  • Telephone support
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Liaising with suppliers 
  • Updating customers and clients with product data
  • general admin duties
Advantageous but not a necessity:
  1. Use of Sage 200 – order processing
  2. Knowledge of Hubspot – CRM (customer relationship management platform, or similar)
About You:
  • Administration or Sales Support background.
