Reed Business Support are exclusively working with our Harlow based client in their search for a Contact Centre Manager.  This is in a highly regulated and niche environment, ideally you will be from a financial/insurance/collections background.

You will have a successful background managing a team in a call centre, including absence, performance and conduct.  You will be comfortable leading from the front, while providing effective coaching and mentoring of direct reports in line with process and procedures. 

With a salary of £40k, OTE of £45k, there are many reasons why people love working at this company, the team is one of them, you will be joining a strong management structure who promote a healthy team environment.
