Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. As Business Development Manager you will play a key role in building and establishing strong client relationships, driving growth and revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and trends to expand the company's client base.
  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Setting goals and objectives to align with the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients.
  • Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and email.
  • Nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs by closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Delivering presentations to key stakeholders to showcase the company's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a Business Development Position.
  • Happy to travel the UK to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
