This role is an administration position within the Fire Risk Assessment department working alongside colleagues to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department
- Dealing with telephone & email enquiries from internal stakeholders and end user customers
- Making outbound calls & sending emails to customers to book in work
- Schedule bookings dairies for engineers to attend sites to carry out work
- Liaise with specialist sub-contractors to obtain quotes and to book in their works
- Updating progress of work status on customer portals
- Taking & resolving engineer queries
- Supporting Fire Risk Assessment Manager
- Various ad-hoc tasks to enable to smooth running of the department
Parking - Free parking on site with overflow parking off site short walk from office
Hybrid Working - 3 days in office & 2 days from home (after training and completion of probationary period)
Holiday - 23 days (20 days free choice, 2 days between Xmas & New Year and 1 birthday day) plus 8 Bank Holiday days.
Working Hours - 8:30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch
