This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading energy compliance consultancy who provide expert technical services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an established Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their energy team who operate in Hertfordshire.

Role responsibilities for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor:

  • Carry out energy assessments on a range of commercial projects to ensure they are complying with UK building regulations
  • Make sure designs are in line with UK legislations, CIBSE guides, best practice and are environmentally sensitive
  • Produce EPC's and Part L reports, as well as working alongside structural engineers, builders, and architects

The ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have:

  • Level 4 or 5 NDEA qualification from a credible accreditation scheme
  • Experience within a relevant role delivering EPC's for commercial projects
  • Proficiency with Design Builder or SBEM software
  • Experience delivering energy statements for planning requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
