Returns Administrator - Harlow, Essex
£27K - £28K DOE
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm On-site.
We are looking for a highly organised customer focused professional who is comfortable working in a fast-moving operation and continually finding solutions to customer enquiries regarding the returns process of their purchased goods. The role of the Returns Administrator will be situated in the modern, purpose-built warehouse managing all web and Ebay returns. The progression offered for this returns administrator will be to move into the Customer Service Team, as a Customer Service Advisor. This role will suit someone who has attention to detail, previously worked in a customer service role either face to face, telephone or email, and enjoys resolving customer enquiries!
Role:
- Managing customer returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Processing free-of-charge orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling customer service inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Supporting the customer service team with administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Demonstratable customer service/ admin experience in a warehouse or logistics experience is a plus!
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
