Customer Service experience is essential for this Sales Coordinator job along with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and to questions discrepancies on the orders coming through.
Sales Coordinator duties;
- Supporting the Sales Desk by processing orders, dealing with telephone enquiries and new account applications
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Building relationships with customers and identify new opportunities with existing customers
- Maintaining a positive, empathic, and professional attitude with customers
Sales Coordinator requirements;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Customer centric
- High level of accuracy
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills with a knack for keeping detailed records
- Self-sufficient when needed and able to work to deadlines
- Computer literate, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Hours, 9.00am – 5.00pm with 30-minute lunch
What’s in it for you as the new Sales Coordinator?
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
23 days holiday including Christmas shut down plus Bank Holidays, annual increase of 1 day up to 26, Vitality Healthcare
