Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assignment Planning: Manage client assignments to ensure seamless execution.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and determine optimal task allocation (in-house vs. outsourced).
- Budgeting & Timelines: Create budgets and timelines that align with client expectations.
- Task Delegation: Allocate tasks to team members according to project needs and skill sets.
- Work Review: Assess staff work to uphold quality standards.
- Project Tracking: Monitor assignment progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Team Management: Provide feedback, conduct reviews and appraisals, and guide team performance.
