Credit Control Manager - 12 month FTC

£45,000 - £55,000Harlow3 days in the office, 2 at home

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to the Credit Control team
  • Monitor the daily processes timetable to ensure all actions are completed within the specified timeframes
  • Track aged balances and ensure appropriate actions are taken to secure payments by the agreed due dates
  • Ensure all debit note deductions are processed promptly to minimise outstanding AR balances by month-end
  • Support the Held Orders process, particularly when due to overdue balances or exceeded credit limits
  • Prepare and review the 12-Week Rolling AR Forecast, in collaboration with senior team and other stakeholders, on a weekly basis
  • Oversee the Credit Control team mailbox, ensuring all enquiries and tasks are addressed promptly
  • Assist with routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

Key Competencies:

  • Proficiency in IT/systems, with working knowledge and experience of corporate ERP systems
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Practical experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable, with expertise in end-to-end collections and AR processes
