  • Process Documentation: Maintain and update detailed current and future process maps and SOPs for transparency and standardisation.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives for process enhancement to boost efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with organisational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, secure buy-in, and promote collaboration.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report KPIs related to business processes, providing insights for continual improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in process modelling (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC).
  • Experience with methodologies like Agile or Lean.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Effective at managing priorities and facilitating meetings.
