A Client Services Administrator, is required for my Harlow based client, joining an existing team you will be responsible for liaising with clients, reviewing cases and providing reports.

You will be responsible for issuing legally compliant documents to clients, reviewing cases, and providing regular updates to your Manager. Previous communication / interaction with clients is essential for this Client Services Administrator job plus a high level of accuracy.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviewing cases and case holdings to ensure service level agreements are being met.
  • Liaising with clients via telephone, email, and secure messaging
  • Monitoring the diary, mailboxes and completing daily tasks
  • Create system generated reports based on the client’s requirements
  • To update and maintain internal systems, including activity logging and client account information.
  • Dealing with daily post

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience of where you have dealt with clients in an office environment
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Existing administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • IT literate – proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Good level of general education to GCSE’s or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent
