We are looking for a cheerful and dedicated Logistics Administrator to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis! What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the logistics team, your day-to-day responsibilities will be both engaging and rewarding. You'll play an essential role in ensuring that the shipments run smoothly and the customers are happy.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinate shipments based on product availability and customer requests, ensuring everything runs like clockwork!
  • Process and create all necessary documentation for shipments to their destinations.
  • Accurately enter order details into the internal systems and databases, keeping everything organised and efficient.
  • Work closely with the warehouse staff and various transport companies to guarantee timely shipments.
  • Keep the customers in the loop with updates on the progress of their orders, making sure they feel valued and informed.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality customer service
