Daley Recruitment are seeking a Administrator for an immediate start for a food distribution company based in Harlow on a temp to perm position.
Role:
- Monday to Friday
- Shift Pattern: 08:00 - 16:30
- Pay Rates: 13.00 P/H
- Minimum 8 hours pay per shift
- Temp to perm
- Weekly Pay
Responsibilities:
- Document control and compliance of all inbound and outbound stock
- Maintain SAP system with correct data and issuing any reports
- Minimize and remove of obsolete stock
- Maintaining and competing the SIC file whereby sharing any information with production team for future planning
- Attend daily operation meetings to share any necessary information
- Produce TMS reports, agency labour and invoices
- Responsible for managing and planning all stock takes
- Identity and flag up any material shortages and communicating this to prevent shortages
- Ensuring and complying with company and procedures including health and safety and also food safety
Requirements:
- Experience working with SAP and warehouse atmosphere
- Good window package knowledge including excel
- Experience of working within an ambient food manufacturing environment and evidence of maintaining production
data and reporting
- Able to work under pressure and unsupervised
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
