Bennett and Game are currently working with a leading Fresh Produce importer actively seeking a proven Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy logistics team based in Harlow.

Warehouse Supervisor Job Overview- Be responsible for the opening &/or closing of the warehouse on your shift.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead the warehouse team in full end to end activities & processes of packaging orders.
- Maintain industry standard quality control practises and carry out quality assurance checks.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility.
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and optimise storage solutions.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge and experience using WMS - essential
- Proven ability in leading warehouse teams
- Forklift licences - highly desirable
- Experience in a stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations role, ideally in a fresh produce environment
- Salary £30 - 35k DOE
- Monday - Friday core shift (flexible between 6am - 7pm)
- 28 days holiday (including banks)
