Our client, a leading provider of specialised solutions in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge systems, is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join their growing team.

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative tasks, including document production, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Project Managers, clients, and end-users.
  • Manage project documentation, including correspondence, quotations, orders, and project files.
  • Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and end-users to schedule appointments and ensure timely project completion.
  • Track project finances, including billing, invoicing, and variations.
  • Ensure compliance with NSI and BAFE accreditation standards.
  • Support Project Managers in meeting project forecasts and targets.
  • Prepare and manage O+M Manuals.
  • Coordinate subcontractor invoices and project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of Excel, intermediate level or above
  • The ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
