Office Administrator - H&S team
Looking for an experienced Office Administrator who has supported the Health & Safety compliance for a company previously.
Must have a keen eye for detail and be able to multi-task.
This role is assist the Heath & Safety Manager, Fleet Manager and Quality Environment Manager in maintaining all required reports and ensuring the company remains compliant with QHSE legislation.
Duties will include:
- Booking and arranging training for the Engineers and Contractors and dealing with external training providers
- Subcontractor management, ensuring they provide relevant documentation before undertaking works.
- ID card printing
- Ordering of safety equipment, issuing PPE, uniform etc.
- Updating training registers and matrix (mostly in Excel), monitoring renewals and expiries.
- Creating / setting up profiles for staff and subcontractors
- Producing training reports
- Booking MOT’s, scheduled vehicle maintenance and updating reports.
This will be an office based role in Harlow, standard hours are Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30.
The office is poorly served by public transport, a car owner is preferred.
Salary is dependant on experience £25 - £30K.
