So, the person;
- An exceptional communicator, both in written and verbal communications. Previous experience of communication with Executive / Board level employees is essential.
- Experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant with demonstratable experience in scheduling and arranging logistics for meetings, including but not limited to Board meetings, Trustees meetings, Campus staff meetings, and Committee meetings.
- Coordinate, organise and schedule a number of internal / external meetings.
- Prepare meetings agendas, manage minutes, identify and bring forward any items for upcoming meetings.
- Advise, recommend and manage the schedule.
- Assist monitoring the HR management platform, such as Sage.
- Arrange travel bookings
- Administration
- Travel and Accommodation
For the first 2 weeks you will work 27 hours then moving forward this will be a 37 12 hour week..
