Job Title: Interim Property Manager

Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract

Day Rate: c£500 per day

We are seeking an experienced Interim Property Manager to join our team on a short-term contract to lead critical property growth and relocation strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a 3-Year Property Strategy Plan to align with business objectives.
• Lead the Property Growth Strategy for expanding new out base locations.
• Oversee the Property Growth Strategy for production facilities.
• Manage the Office Relocation Strategy from planning through to execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management
• Strong strategic and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• MRICS
