Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 (DOE)
Location: Harlow, Essex
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. As Business Development Manager you will play a key role in building and establishing strong client relationships, driving growth and revenue for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and trends to expand the company's client base.
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Setting goals and objectives to align with the company's overall growth strategy.
- Researching and identifying potential clients.
- Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and email.
- Nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline to convert them into long-term clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs by closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Delivering presentations to key stakeholders to showcase the company's value proposition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a Business Development Position.
- Happy to travel the UK to meet with clients and prospects.
- Great interpersonal skills.
