Job Title: Secretary
Location: Harlow, Essex
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
About Our Client:
Our client is a small and friendly legal practise with over 46 years of establishment. As a traditional high street firm, they have built a strong local client base. They are currently seeking a Secretary to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and letters
- Maintaining accurate client records and files
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
- Undertaking research and preparing relevant materials as required
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Advanced proficiency in English language
- Proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Prior experience in a legal practise
- Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Experience in client relationship management
