Our client, a housing provider based in Essex, is currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Services Manager on a 3-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable, up to £42.08 via an Umbrella Company.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing staff at a management level, and have experience working in a sheltered housing environment.Â
Duties will include (but are not limited to):Â
- Responsible for overseeing all of the sheltered housing team, including 17 schemes and a day operations centre
- Managing circa 30 staff, including 2 Sheltered Housing Managers
- Carrying out appraisals, 1 2 1s and recruitment
- Budget and stakeholder management
- Attending management meetings
