Team Leader Care

Team Leader Required in Harlow

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team leader to work with our client, a lovely young man with an acquired brain injury. The successful applicant will lead and work as part of a larger team of support workers to provide and oversee a package of 24-hour care.

You will provide bespoke, personalised care and support as well as supervision and leadership to the support worker team. Full training and ongoing supervision will be offered.

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:

• Ability to deliver high standards of care and support to maximise the clients independence, participation and enjoyment of life
• Ability to follow specific care plans, risk assessments and therapy guidelines
• Ability to work sensitively in the clients home and in tandem with his family
• A caring, respectful and professional approach with a willingness to uphold the clients dignity
• Enthusiasm and initiative
• Experience of working with people with physical disabilities, complex needs and/or acquired brain injury
• A full, clean driving licence
• Experience of a team leader role or managerial experience is desirable

Working Hours / Shifts:

The position is full time for 36 hours per week

Shifts available: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 14:30, 14:30 - 22:00, 22:00 - 07:00 waking night care

There may be an opportunity for additional hours and the hours may change according to our clients schedule.

Rates of pay:

• Monday to Friday @ £19 per hour
• Saturday & Sunday @ £21 per hour
