Job Description

This school is a very successful special school & college providing for children and young people between the ages of 3 to 19 with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties.

Our ideal candidate will work well as part of a team, be patient, tolerant, understanding and most importantly enjoy working with children. This is a School for children with special needs and some children display challenging behaviour. A full training programme will be provided and continuous development is key to our success.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. As part of the Safer Recruitment process the successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
