As a Systems Engineering Manager, youll play a key role in leading a team of talented engineers across a range of cutting-edge programmes and R&D initiatives. Youll be instrumental in driving strategic growth, developing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical systems.
What Youll Do:
Lead and manage a team of 10 Systems Engineers across multiple programmes
Drive technical proposals, bid responses, and system requirements analysis
Oversee systems design, integration, verification, and validation processes
Collaborate with key stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners
Shape the future of technology through product and capability roadmaps
What Were Looking For:
Degree in Engineering (or related field)
Experience leading systems engineering teams and technical proposals
Strong background in full product development lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Eligibility for UK MOD Security Clearance (SC level minimum)
Desirable:
Knowledge of radar systems, modelling & simulation, or certification processes
