Payroll & Reward Manager (12 Months FTC) - UK Remote - £66000
  
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful business looking to add a Payroll & Reward Manager to its team on a 12 month contract basis. 
  
Responsibilities include:
  • Setting objectives and prioritising the workload for the payroll team
  • Managing workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are being processed accurately
  • Overseeing the outsourced payroll provider
  • Communicating information to pension providers, HMRC, and other statutory bodies
  • Overseeing reward and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with employment law
  • Focusing on diversity and inclusion in all policies
  • Conduct benchmarking, equal pay audits, and annual pay reviews
  • Undertaking regular market-related pay research
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to management
Skills & experience required:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to management
  • Proven background in managing end-to-end payroll processes
  • Strong understanding of reward strategies, benefits administration, and benchmarking
  • Ability to analyse data, conduct pay audits, and use HR and payroll systems
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll-related legislation, tax compliance, and reward policies
  • Experience managing projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team & set clear goals
  • High level of accuracy in managing payroll data, benefits administration, and reporting
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in using payroll and HR software
