The Role: IFA ADMINISTRATOR

** Under the direction of the Head of Paraplanning, you will collaborate closely with advisers, paraplanners, and administrators who will support your growth.

** Complete participation in the planning of the yearly review meeting, gathering data and materials for paraplanners to create appropriateness letters, and communicating with the central administrative team with new and ongoing business processing.

** Complete academic assistance offered to obtain diploma status

It's crucial to have the confidence to collaborate closely with clients, coworkers, and third parties.

It would be great for a motivated, competent person who is eager to advance in their profession to have two years of IFA administrative experience and, ideally, two RO passes.
