A skilled Office Administrator is needed to join the team at this well-established property maintenance service provider based in Watford on a full-time basis.

Since 1998, they have built a reputation for fast, friendly and professional service. They serve estate agents, lettings agents, property management companies and homeowners in London.

Working in their busy Watford office, you will receive telephone calls and e-mails from property Managing Agents, tenants, landlords and private owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own client portfolio, including raising jobs via phone calls and e-mails, booking appointments with residents and allocating to engineers
  • Managing your diary to ensure that these are booked as quickly as possible and advising the Managing Agents/Landlords of delays
  • Contact the engineers on a daily basis to resolve queries or reschedule their work
  • Ordering parts from local suppliers and across the web, monitoring their arrival, and then booking engineers to fit the parts
  • You will also be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and e-mails of a general nature
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Required Skills:

  • Excellent phone and e-mail etiquette with strong communication skills, making customer service a priority
  • Attention to detail in data input and e-mail communication and work as part of a small team
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
