Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (on site - 1 day work form home after successful probationary period)
Salary offered: 27 - 28,000 PA

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and conscientious Office Administrator to join a well-established and respected Chartered Financial Planning firm in Harpenden. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the administration team, Financial Planners, and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and contributing to the firm's commitment to providing high-quality service to its clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the administration team in servicing new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to support business flow.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the administrative function.
- Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes to enhance client service.
- Ensure all business is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
- Manage individual work-flow and task delivery effectively.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including finalising documents, managing client reports, handling communications, and liaising with third parties.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in an office administration role, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a willingness to take responsibility.
