What You'll Be Doing:
From overseeing daily operations to supporting directors and site teams, your day will be full of variety. You’ll:
- Manage facilities, health & safety checks, and company accreditations.
- Keep the office humming by scheduling meetings, managing holiday records, and booking training courses.
- Organise unforgettable company events and foster communication across teams.
- Support directors and ensure project information flows seamlessly to teams.
- Handle client requests, compile project completion packs, and much more!
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Previous experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confidence with IT – you’re a pro with Excel and Word!
- A resourceful, flexible attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
- A self-starter mindset with a team-player approach.
What’s In It for You?
- Competitive salary: £25,000-£34,000 (DOE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm – no weekends!
- 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 extra days)
