Title: Client Payroll AdministratorRate: £15 per hour plus holiday payLocation: UK - Remote Contract: Fixed Term until June 2025 We're seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a Payroll Services organisation on a temporary basis until the end of June 2025. Working remotely, you'll deliver accurate and timely payroll services to valued clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Process full end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple clients
  • Ensure accurate calculation and processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
  • Maintain compliance with UK tax regulations and employment legislation
  • Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Process starters, leavers and payroll amendments
  • Prepare and submit RTI submissions to HMRC
  • Generate and distribute payslips and reports
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
 Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in bureau/client payroll processing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the entire payroll lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI and pension regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts
  • Experience with payroll software systems
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
