- Process full end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple clients
- Ensure accurate calculation and processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
- Maintain compliance with UK tax regulations and employment legislation
- Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
- Process starters, leavers and payroll amendments
- Prepare and submit RTI submissions to HMRC
- Generate and distribute payslips and reports
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Proven experience in bureau/client payroll processing
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire payroll lifecycle
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI and pension regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts
- Experience with payroll software systems
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
