This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, is currently recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to join the teams in Harpenden & Rickmansworth. You will split your time between the two offices (three days in Harpenden & two days in Rickmansworth).

Your key responsibility is to ensure that Landlords and Tenants get the very best customer service from start to finish. You will be working closely with the Head of Department & Negotiators and will swiftly become the go-to person in your team. You will also join and be supported by a network of over 40 Lettings Coordinators nationally!

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who pays attention to detail and can work effectively on their own and within a team. They want somebody with a can-do approach and who isn’t afraid to get involved in lots of different projects.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Onboarding new clients and ensuring compliance standards are maintained• Sending out paperwork to Landlords• Creating and updating property details on the company systems• Booking Photography, Floorplans, EPCs through preferred suppliers and uploading these onto the system and website• Creating office marketing materials e.g. window cards• Preparing any marketing to promote the department to new clients, properties and brand• Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with incoming enquiries• Preparing for office audits (Internal and External)• Working with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider office• Managing incoming invoices and arranging for payment.

Personal specification:

• Have property administration experience• Strong administration skills and experience - essential• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc• Have an ability to multi-task• Excellent written and communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment individually and as part of a team• Strong organisational skills• Confident in dealing with clients• Excellent telephone manner• Enthusiasm to do a good job• Live within an easy commute of both Harpenden & Rickmansworth• Full UK driving licence.

The package on offer for this role will include a basic of £25,000 to £26,000, plus a £4,000 per annum car allowance, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discount portal, and more.
