JHE & Partners are excited to be working exclusively with a growing business in Harrogate as they look to recruit a Management Accountant in a newly created role. Reporting to the Finance Manager and Financial Controller, this role would suit someone who is qualified by experience or actively studying for a professional accountancy qualification. This is a hands on role and will require the successful candidate to be involved in many aspects of a busy finance office, so a "roll your sleeves up" attitude is key.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Producing the month end management accounts pack
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Consult with external auditors at year end
- Producing an array of monthly reports and feeding back internally.
- Supporting senior leadership and wider finance team.
- Processing of daily sales orders
- Sales ledger duties including issuing sales invoices, credit notes and statements
- Taking a proactive role in supporting Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable function
