- To ensure the monthly management accounts, balance sheet lead schedules and cashflow forecasts are produced and submitted within Reporting deadlines..
- To review and approve annual operating budgets with the operations team before presentation
- To attend meetings and lead from a Finance perspective and complete any actions arising.
- To ensure Financial Regulations, standard operating procedures and controls are always maintained.
- To ensure the team provide the highest level of customer service both to our internal and external stakeholders.
- To act as a business partner between Finance and other departments to ensure consistent and joined up ways of working.
- To ensure compliance with any statutory returns or accreditation requirements that ariseÂ
- Support on ad-hoc tasks and board reporting.
- Work on cost models for new sites and drafting of commercial clauses in contracts with new sitesÂ
- Be part of fully qualified ACCA/CIMA, or QBE - Essential
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience of preparing or assisting with management accounts - Essential
- Have experience of business partnering and managing internal or external stakeholders - Essential
- Newly created role within an established commercial team, with end to end ownership of one division
