What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Finance Team (Finance Manager + 3 team members), ensuring they excel and grow
- Driving financial reporting & insights – preparing and analysing monthly management accounts to support the board with key decision-making
- Managing cash flow forecasting, foreign currency exposure, and financial risk
- Developing KPI-driven reports, including sales, purchasing, and product profitability analysis
- Owning the annual budget process, ensuring financial stability and strategic alignment
- Ensuring compliance with VAT, corporation tax, and overseas regulations
- Collaborating with key departments (Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Operations) to drive profitability and growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Leading the Finance Team ensuring they excel and grow
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong leadership experience
- A strategic thinker who can turn financial data into actionable business insights
- Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth business
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- Knowledge of SQL databases for financial analysis (desirable)
