What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and meeting with your own portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships
- Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, and limited companies
- Meeting clients on-site and offering tailored financial advice
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members
- Producing management reports and assisting with client planning
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and liaising with HMRC
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of working within an accountancy practice
- AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualified (or part qualified), qualified by experienced candidates will absolutely be also considered as long as you have practice experience
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—you enjoy working with clients and being part of a team
- The ability to manage your own workload and take initiative
