What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and meeting with your own portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships
  • Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, and limited companies
  • Meeting clients on-site and offering tailored financial advice
  • Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Producing management reports and assisting with client planning
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and liaising with HMRC

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience of working within an accountancy practice
  • AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualified (or part qualified), qualified by experienced candidates will absolutely be also considered as long as you have practice experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills—you enjoy working with clients and being part of a team
  • The ability to manage your own workload and take initiative
