My client, a leading Practice and Advisory provider based in Harrogate are seeking an experienced Practice Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualification and at least 2 years of practice experience. They will also look at QBE candidates with relevant practice experience. This individual should possess strong technical and communication skills, as they will work closely with clients and team members. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and potential leadership within the firm in time.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and work with minimal supervision
- Supervise less experienced staff members, encouraging and mentoring
- Prepare accounts for various entities including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, group companies, trusts, and charities
- Conduct on-site client visits and manage client relationships
- Generate management reports and assist with client planning
Qualifications
- 2+ years of practice experience
- Strong organizational and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in accountancy software such as SAGE, IRIS, XERO, and VT
Day-to-Day
The role is full-time, 9-5, Monday to Friday, and primarily office-based with an annual salary ranging from 40,000 to £50,000 DOE & Qualifications
