Role;
- Dealing with a wide range of calls and emails
- Working closely with researchers
- Organising meetings and minute taking
- Diary management
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform various administration duties for the research and service team
- Updating and maintaining the internal database
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
Person;
- Having past experience working in an administration position
- Be comfortable performing various administration duties such as minute taking
- Be organised and professional
- Have excellent communication skills
