Job Title: Architect

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning practice who deliver high quality residential, commercial and retail schemes. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Harrogate offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, the individual will need to be ARB registered with relevant experience as an Architect within a UK practice. The individual will boast design flare and need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD. The successful individual will also have a background in working on projects within the retail sector. The successful individual will be a team player with a "can do" attitude, as well as being able to show strong attention to detail.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Relevant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Experience working on projects with the retail sector is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
