Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals from a set menu, considering dietary needs and preferences.

Perform practical duties related to meal preparation using powered equipment and manual handling techniques.

Instruct and supervise co-workers in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation.

Monitor and maintain hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with HACCP and Infection Prevention & Control standards.

Inspect and manage stock to meet established standards and policy.

Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance.
Requirements:

Level 2 Food Safety Certificates

Valid HACCP Certificate
-
Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Awareness of manual handling techniques and COSHH regulations
