Sous Chef

• You will be dealing with traditional golf club menu food for Members, you will also be required to cater for a wide variety of external functions including weddings, christenings, anniversaries, birthdays, funerals etc.
• Working alongside the head chef with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Running of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
• Supervising front of house staff when on duty.

About you:

• Previous experience in a fresh food background Essential
• Must be comfortable working on your own & as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary (£25k - £27k)
• 40 Hours per week, over 5 Days
• Evenings & Weekends Required
• The position can be treated on a flexible hour’s basis, as there is a natural requirement to work more hours in the summer months, during the height of the golf season, and less in the winter months.
