About the Role of Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced member of staff who is able to take on aSous Chefrole within our dedicated and passionate team. We would ideally like you to have 5 yearsexperience in a commercial kitchen / gastro pub.

The Sous Chef will play a crucial role in the team and will run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef and chef patron in this high-pressured environment. You will work full time; 4.5 to 5 days out of 7; receive 28 days paid holiday per year, paid weekly; 20% discount off all food and drink; tips.

As we are a 'destination / gastro' pub in a rural setting, you will need to consider transport before applying.
