This client has some extremely exciting plans taking place this year starting with the completion of the renovation of there beautiful coastal resort and hotel.
I'm keen to speak with CDP`s who have fresh food backgrounds backgrounds with strong attention to detail.. ideally you will come from a 4 or 5 Star Hotel, high end restaurant or gastro pub background, and be experienced with fresh seasonal food to rosette standard.
