Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic new Head Chef, to lead our already successful & professional team at Threes a Crowd Harrogate. At Threes a Crowd we pride ourselves on using Seasonal, fresh produce, from independent local suppliers, To assure we deliver the best & most innovative dishes to our guests.

The Job role will include the following expectations;

• Managing our kitchen team, assisting with training
• Communicate with suppliers
• Control of all aspects of Health & Safety
• Organising training days with the kitchen team
• HACCP maintained to the health & safety policy standard
• Creating seasonal menus which match our brand as well as using locally sourced products from cost effective suppliers
• Weekly specials reflecting seasonality available seven days a week
• Achieving weekly COS and adjusting where necessary according to budget
• Manage your time effectively to ensure your department is sufficiently organised
